Our Story:

We were blessed with Andrew Jonathan Ortega on May 3, 1997.  Andrew, 13, gave 150% at all that he endeavored. He played baseball, basketball, and football in town with exemplary passion and skill. His sportsmanship was admired by coaches, teammates and parents alike. A Gifted and Talented student, Andrew excelled academically maintaining high honors. Andrew cultivated an excellent rapport with both teachers and students. Andrew was an intregal part of his community. Andrew never showed a sign of any heart problems, never fainted nor ever complained of any conditions. On August 28, 2010 Andrew passed away peacefully in his sleep. The heavens needed another shining star. Words cannot express how much we miss “our boy”.
